Senior member of Jemaah Islamiyah (QDe.092) involved in planning and funding multiple terrorist attacks in the Philippines and Indonesia. Provided training to Abu Sayyaf Group (QDe.001). Convicted for his role in the 2002 Bali bombings and sentenced to 20 years in prison in Jun. 2012. Released on parole in 2022 and as at late 2025, he operated a business in Surabaya, Indonesia.
