Chief of suicide operations for the Haqqani Network (TAe.012) under Sirajuddin Jallaloudine Haqqani (TAi.144) and in charge of all operations in Kabul, Takhar, Kunduz and Baghlan provinces. Oversees training of suicide attackers and provides instructions on how to construct improvised explosives devices (IEDs). Reportedly deceased as of 22 September 2018.
